FeWo Lindenallee III – Modernes Apartment

The apartment is situated in an old building (smelly hall), and is very noisy. The area is quiet at night. It's spacieus, but there is no sitting area to relax. So you have to sit in the kitchen or on your bed. The beds are ok, but standing too low, almost on the floor. This is not comfortable, especially for older people. The badroom/shower is ok, only overdated. The kitchen needs renovation, it's old and worn out. Internet is slow, but works. Parking in front of the appartment. Advice: Renovate the kitchen/bathroom, place two relaxing chairs in the bedroom with TV. And put the beds on a "normal" level, to step in/out.

Hallo, de rust was inorde. De vloer was netjes, nieuw. Internet was niet altijd sterk. Douche kop was afgebroken. Gootsteen liep over in het keukenkastje. Behang aan het plafond liet los. Niet genoeg ophangmogelijkheid van kleding. M.vr.gr.Martin Vreeman

Der Check-in ging dank Schlüsselbox ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung hat ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen und ist gut ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Es war insgesamt sauber, allerdings darf ruhig auch mal unter den Betten und in den Ecken gesaugt/gewischt werden. Außerdem waren sämtliche Lampen ausgesteckt und nicht an ihrem Platz. Das Haus war recht hellhörig, wer da empfindlich ist, sollte zum schlafen Ohropax mitnehmen. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt.
